1. How We Use AI

Our GTM Co-Pilot uses artificial intelligence to generate go-to-market strategies and create tailored landing pages. These AI-generated outputs are designed to help founders reach their first customers faster. While AI accelerates research and execution, we encourage all users to review content for accuracy and relevance.

Transparency: You will always be notified when content is AI-generated. We never use your private data to train external AI models.

2. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with Canada’s PIPEDA and Québec’s Law 25 to ensure your personal information is handled with care:

• We only collect information necessary to provide our services (e.g., email, business details).
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
• We safeguard data with encryption and do not sell your information to third parties.
• If we transfer data outside Canada, we ensure equivalent protection is in place.

3. Accessibility

We are committed to making our services accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, in line with Ontario’s AODA and WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards. This includes:

• Providing text alternatives for images and media.

• Adding captions or transcripts for video content where applicable.
